In close cooperation with our client, the TPS designs and delivers bespoke technical training and, together with our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Division, delivers pre-emptive and curative maintenance programmers, either under the scope of an SLA agreement, or in response to ad-hoc requests.
The MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) Division is the SAMISEC division directly responsible for the provision of all necessary replacement parts, systems and sub-systems for the maintenance, support and overhaul of industrial equipment and machinery
We cover equipment supplied by SAMISEC, as well as by third-party entities.
SAMISEC MRO dispatches both off-site engineers, as well as highly-agile field service teams of engineers, that operate across the length and breadth of the country in a mobile Rapid Response Unit format.

The service under this category is executed by our Professional and Technical Services Division, with the assistance and support of our spare parts and maintenance products department.
Through its Technical and Professional Services Division, SAMISEC can make available its significant pool of expertise to interested clients, by agreeing on an ad-hoc or systematic training schedule with the aim of upgrading specific skill sets of the client’s in-house personnel.
Similarly, in collaboration with the client, SAMISEC is able to institute a suitable assessment and selection programme, permitting each client to choose the most suitable candidates for the skill development agreement.
This, of course, ensures maximum return on investment for the client.
This is a hybrid agreement combining the best of both worlds.
